Mirror Lake.
The chain’s smallest named lake, Mirror sits north of Lake Minneola with canal connection through to the main chain. Surface area is modest; the appeal is privacy.
Mirror does not have the volume of Minneola or the price ceiling of Minnehaha. What it has is calm — homes here trade infrequently and tend to stay in families. When inventory does surface, it is often by personal introduction rather than by MLS.

Mirror Lake Closings, May 2025 to Apr 2026
Limited 12-month sales sample on this lake. Properly pricing a property here is not a job for an automated valuation tool. Request a personal read and I will pull the relevant comps off-system, including off-chain water bodies that read similarly to Mirror Lake and recent transactions that did not hit the public MLS.

About This Lake
What I tell my buyers about Mirror Lake
Mirror Lake is among the smallest of the named chain lakes and the quietest. The lake has limited public access and is surrounded almost entirely by private residential lots, which keeps the weekend wake count low and the property values steadier through softer cycles. Mirror Lake is the lake a chain buyer chooses when they want flat water for morning ski runs and an end-of-day glass surface for paddle boards.
Inventory on Mirror Lake tends to be mid-century lake homes that have been renovated, plus a smaller pool of new custom builds on the few remaining infill lots. There is no large-scale subdivision activity here; the lake is essentially built out, and turnover is event-driven rather than market-driven. That mechanical scarcity is part of what makes Mirror Lake a different conversation than its larger neighbors.
Connection to the rest of the chain runs through a short canal that limits boat size to roughly 24 feet for comfortable transit. That is plenty for the typical chain pontoon or runabout, but a buyer who wants to keep a wakeboard tower at the upper end of the size range should plan to dock outside of Mirror Lake itself. Most Mirror Lake owners do not view this as a constraint; they bought Mirror Lake specifically for what it is.

Sample size on Mirror Lake over the last 12 months is too thin to publish a public top-sales list responsibly. Off-chain comparables and quiet-market trades that do not hit the MLS are what I rely on instead. Request a personal read and I will share what I know.
