The country club, clubhouse, and 18-hole course are no longer operating.. Not every Palisades home is on the water, but the waterfront pocket inside Palisades is one of the best-maintained stretches of Minneola frontage and trades at a premium that reflects the lakefront access: a private community park, boat ramp, and dock with direct entry to Lake Minneola and the full Clermont Chain.
Palisades buyers tend to overlap with the Lake Minneola Shores and broader north-shore lakefront buyer pool — drawn by HOA-managed waterfront access without club-membership obligations. They want chain-of-lakes access without giving up the structured residential community on Lake Minneola’s north shore.
